Storefly facilitates convenient service bookings through instant digital workflows:

• Booking Requests: When you submit a booking request through our website modal, your details (Name, Phone, Preferred Time, and Address) are redirected securely to our official WhatsApp line (+91 78694 88874) for confirmation.
• Quotations & Estimates: Price estimates provided online or via chat are tentative. Final service charges depend on physical inspection, hardware replacement costs, or project complexity.
• Right to Refuse: Storefly reserves the right to decline or cancel any service booking due to logistical constraints, unsafe working environments, or unavailability of parts.

3. Scope of Services & Execution

We strive for professional excellence across all our operational categories:

• Hardware & IT Repairs: Laptop, computer, printer, and AC servicing are performed with due diligence. However, Storefly is not liable for pre-existing data loss or fragile hardware components during deep repairs. Customers are advised to backup data prior to servicing.
• Security Installations: CCTV and biometric setups are configured as per site requirements. Maintenance post-installation is subject to specific warranty agreements.
• Media & Digital Projects: Web development, video editing, and commercial shoots follow agreed-upon milestones and scope outlines finalized during consultation.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

When interacting with Storefly or hosting our technicians/crew at your premises, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact details, functional phone numbers, and correct site addresses.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and accessible working environment for our field engineers and service staff.
• Refrain from using our platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on storefly.cc—including source code, UI designs, graphics, service architecture, logos, and text—is the exclusive property of Storefly and Karan Sharma. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our digital assets is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Storefly shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of service delays, unforeseen hardware failures, internet downtime during network configurations, or third-party platform interruptions.
